We work closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers & key providers to make sure we have the spares you need, when you need them. We only use genuine parts and have relationships with all major brands. We manage an extensive supply chain and are well equipped to service and replace all catering equipment parts within the commercial kitchen environment.

How we work

Transguard Kitchen Maintenance Solutions uses Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software for asset tagging and management each piece of equipment covered under the AMC will be tagged with a unique barcode sticker which then allows monitoring using a mobile app.
Using IoT sensors, clients will be able to monitor the performance of their assets individual usage – Refrigeration Systems Temperature alerts to avoid spoilage as well as out of hours emergency alerts for instances where a walk-in cold room may experience a failure.
Clients get access to a data dashboard as well as monthly reports that highlight equipment status along with our individual performance in terms of response and repair times, breakdowns, and repeat visits, first time fix rates, and other functions.
